bdok is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one bdok account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If bdok detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdok platform at bdok.games, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bdok. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdok platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a bdok account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bdok employee or contractor.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bdok or any affiliated platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

bdok reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, bdok may suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation of these Terms. bdok will close any account found to have been registered with false information and will forfeit any balance in that account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one bdok account only. If bdok detects that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — bdok reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your bdok login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bdok will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. 3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during bdok registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details. You are responsible for updating your account information if any of these details change. bdok may request supporting documents to verify the accuracy of your account information at any time.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdok currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bdok balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdok does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on bdok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka ( BDT / ৳). All game bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. bdok does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bdok account at any time via the account settings page. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

5.2 Processing Times

bdok aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. Once bdok has processed your withdrawal, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider — bKash and Nagad transfers are typically instant, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your bdok account must be fully verified with valid identity documents.
  • Any active bonus funds must have met their wagering requirements in full.
  • Your account must not be under review for any suspected policy violation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdok monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

6.4 Tournament Prizes

Prize pool winnings from bdok weekly tournaments are credited to your account as real money, not bonus funds, unless otherwise stated in the specific tournament terms. Tournament prize credits are subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games in the bdok lobby operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is verified by a third-party testing laboratory and published in your bdok account settings. bdok does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in bdok games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or tournament leaderboards.
  • Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
  • Attempting to launder money or use bdok for any illegal financial activity.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdok staff or other players.
  • Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
  • Providing false or misleading information to bdok at any time.
bdok actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bdok will close the account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balance. bdok may also report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

bdok is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

  • Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose per day, week, or month.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by bdok

bdok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdok reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your bdok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

A bdok account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdok may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

11. Limitation of Liability

bdok provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While bdok makes every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and that all games function correctly, bdok does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues beyond bdok's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdok's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12. Privacy and Data

bdok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a bdok account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdok does not sell your personal data to third parties.

bdok uses your data to verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, provide customer support, and send you relevant communications about your account and promotions (where you have opted in to receive these). You can update your communication preferences at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to These Terms

bdok reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, bdok will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bdok platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using bdok and may close your account as described in Section 10.
